"I've stayed at the Islander Inn several times. Check in/ Check out staff are always very welcoming, helpful and pleasant! The location is great! Rooms are quiet. Balcony is spacious, I love it at OIB."

"Customer service was great! Beds were very comfortable and room clean. Wasn’t very pleased with breakfast any of our days, we had great expectations because it was Dennys, but it was a 3/10. We are definitely pet lovers, but allowing animals to sit in booths and not even sanitize them between customers is crazy. Just like the table needs to be cleaned, so does the booth. What about your customers who have allergies to pet dandruff, not a great way to start a vacation."

"Last minute booking and usually do not stay at beach inns. Check in was frustrating due to lecture on parking which can be scarce. Noise level Saturday night was excessive and walls must be paper thin. My wife had a couple of things missing and I can't recall when we have had any concerns about items at risk of being taken. The facility is very clean and the location is great."

"The only problem we had was a little bit of the room. First, the refrigerator didn’t work and sometimes the shower would leak into the bathroom because the door wasn’t closing fully and water would get underneath the glass door. Other than that, the hotel was excellent."
