He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Ivan was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to recommend some great Casino’s and his suggestions did not disappoint. It really made my stay even better knowing I could rely on his guidance. Thank you again for the hospitality—I truly appreciate the level of care and attention provided."

"Always amazing. I love the location and facilities. Staff is always so polite and accommodating. The staff on the breakfast is so nice. It just starts my day off right. I pay a bit more as it’s a higher end hotel but yes I’m ok with that knowing I’m safe and in a clean quiet room. "

"Our room wasn’t the greatest. It was showing its age and the room could use some regular maintenance. Having said that, the staff is wonderful. Definitely one of my better experiences staff wise."
