3 Bedroom/ Large Section Close to Estuary

Nicely appointed 3 Bedroom house on large section with beautiful native trees, 100 metres to estuary, 200 metres to school with playground and swimming pool, close to boat ramp, 1 minute drive to town.
Secure section big enough for boats, games, running around. Fully fenced on 3 sides with 4th side stand of native trees. Linen available for an additional charge upon request.
Boat ramp, supermarket close by, lovely town with nice cafes, restaurants, pubs within easy walking distance, nice quiet street - was once main road but now quiet road leading to waterways.
Coromandel is famous for its beautiful beaches and bush, Whitianga is centrally located for easy access to all the attractions of the Coromandel.
For the fishing and diving enthusiasts Whitianga offers all of these recreational sports or if you don't feel that energetic why not just kick back and read a book underneath the trees.

Lovely stay

Beds were a little hard BUT I did have the best sleep I have had. Lovely and warm and love the location. Stayed for a wedding and couldn’t have gotten closer to the bride! Would stay again

Great location, nothing fancy but priced accordingly

Perfect spot for us to stop a night on our travels around the Coromandel. Nothing fancy about the place but all amenities we needed were there and a good location close to town. Great price too. We were a bunch of (nice) old guys touring on motorbikes and it was perfect for us.

The house was well equipped to accomodate our family of 6 adults. Lovely location just 10 minute stroll to the township and beach. Estuary just a few metres away. Clean, comfortable house. Nice eateries nearby also.

Whitianga Trip

The house was the perfect size for a small group of friends or family to stay at! Was the perfect location for day trips to all the different beaches and a short walk into town. Absolutely loved our stay, 100% recommend staying here!!!

great spot, handy to everything, all you need

This is a great spot - a two minute walk to the water or a two minute drive to anything you need in the way of dining, stores, or services on mainstreet Whitianga or a little further around the block to bigger supermarkets and so on. Clean, warm, cosy, with offstreet parking. Kitchen/laundry/games/books/TV/wifi all equipped. Great comms and easy check-in/out.

Good quiet property near to all dining and attractions in Whitianga. Property is slight dated but fit for purpose if you want to just crash for the night. Bed linens and towels could have been provided with a slight rise in the cost.

Lovely stay, the cottage has all you need.

We stayed one night in the cottage and found it lovely—very sufficient for a short stay and quite clean. The place and location were perfect, and the check-in process was absolutely seamless. The cottage did appear a bit older than in the pictures, so the listing wasn’t entirely accurate, but we didn’t mind at all as we appreciate the charm of older cottages. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate, have a relaxed gathering, or simply rest. The location is peaceful and close to the beach, which makes it a great spot to unwind.

Slice of paradise

Lovely beach located 15 mins from the town centre, very large outdoors with a deck to relax in the sun. A very lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Great location and comfortable house

The house has a good layout, living space and outdoor areas -comfortable for a family or small group. Two of the bedrooms are quite small so would suit two adults rather than three, especially in summer heat. Easy walk to town and harbour so a great location. Curtains could do with a little fix-up in lounge area.

Home away from home

Definitely be staying here again if coming to Whitianga in future. Neat and clean place with spacious rooms and amazing shower. Kids like it there as there were games available for them. Thank you for providing a home away from home.

Great spot, perfect for our need

Tidy cool wee place. Great entertaining area. Perfect place to relax. Short walk into town. Loved our stay. Shelly had clear instructions on what was needed during the stay. Was easy to contact if needed. Had lots of games and equipment for a fun time with the Whānau.
