"We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "This is a great wee B&B. Neat and tidy, warm, great hosts, wonderful breakfast - an absolute bargain."

"On arrival we were shown to our room and discovered there was no power, so we informed the owner and within minutes he arrived and we tried to solve the problem. Turns out the fridge in our room was faulty and kept tripping the electricity. We were then moved out of the room and upgraded to a larger room. "We loved our stay at the Wee Silverburn! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Decorated so nicely, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking wares and cleaning supplies. The babbling brook just beyond the lush garden plantings completed the lovely setting. The location is wonderful, an easy walk down the beach and other offerings at Whiting Bay. The bus stop is right there too if you want to pop to a pub or two in Lamlash for dinner and drinks....
