"Lovely fresh hotel & restaurant, staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, only slight questionable was some staining on wall & bed base but otherwise the room was nice & clean & beds very comfy. Beds were very well made. No noise heard from outside at all, very quiet. We had dinner and breakfast in the red squirrel & found it all delicious, fairly priced & again the staff were so lovely, efficient and cheery. "Lodge had everything we needed for perfect stay, great views. Managed to see the red squirrel & the Highland cows at the bottom of the drive. Kris was great, allowed us to check in earlier as we got an early boat. Everything spotless & tidy. Recommend to everyone if you need a place to stay"

"We loved our stay at the Wee Silverburn! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Decorated so nicely, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking wares and cleaning supplies. The babbling brook just beyond the lush garden plantings completed the lovely setting. The location is wonderful, an easy walk down the beach and other offerings at Whiting Bay. The bus stop is right there too if you want to pop to a pub or two in Lamlash for dinner and drinks....
