"Such a cozy cabin! One of the biggest perks for me was the location — it’s right off the highway, so there’s no stressful mountain driving and any car can easily make it there. Super convenient access to the casino, national parks, and even a Dollar General nearby. "My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay here. OMG!! The staff there is TOP TIER! Best customer service I have EVER had in a hotel setting! The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! The moment we checked in we knew we made the right choice! The room was really nice, very clean, and the amenities were great! We plan to return for the Fall Festival in October and we will definitely be staying here!! Thank to all of the staff at Great Smokies Inn! We'll see you again soon!! ❤️"
