    The Space:

    You will find comfort and privacy in this secluded, two-acre refuge. The main living area is spacious with its open loft, high ceiling and two-story stone fireplace. Relax in the leather seating with recliners as you enjoy the fresh mountain breeze and sunshine. To fully experience the serenity of the Smokies, open the French doors from the dining room for access to the large deck. Stretch out on the swing as you watch the east fork of Conley's Creek cascade through the property. The deck has ample seating as well as a gas grill. What’s nearby: Play a round of golf at the Smoky Mountain Country Club just three miles away. You can also experience gem mining, waterfalls, skiing, canoeing and many other outdoor activities just minutes from the home. Take a beautiful twenty minute drive to the charming towns of Cherokee and Bryson City. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The grounds and well maintained while still allowing for natural beauty. We enjoyed the game room and sitting on the back deck just listening to the water trickling down the rocks. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This secluded mountain home is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday grind. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and comfortable, the stream out back and the game room were great ways to enjoy ourselves. Not to mention the location being within an hour driving distance to just about everything we wanted to get out and explore. I would highly recommend this location and my family looks forward to our next trip

Lovely Mountain Home

We've been to Tranquility Falls numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, with the bonus of a game room with ping-pong table. The house is situated on a lovely creek and has a deck overlooking the creek with porch swing and rocking chairs, grill and picnic table. It's simply a lovely place from which to access all the attractions of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and surrounding mountain towns.

Beautiful Home in the Woods

This home was beautiful and just what we needed. The house was beautiful and the amenities were appropriate. The waterfalls and creek in the back yard were beautiful and we spent much time on the back deck enjoying them. We were close to Bryson City which is exactly where we need to be and the house was quiet without any outside noise. Beautiful home.

Beautiful peaceful place!

Tranquility Falls is a beautiful place to stay. It is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook all meals. The porch overlooking the creek and waterfall is amazing. It’s tucked away a bit out of town, but centrally located between Nantahala/Bryson City to the west, and Sylva/Dillaboro to the east. We found it to be the perfect location and we explored all the way to Asheville with ease. We have been here twice and will definitely be back.

Wonderful, magical stay

We cannot say enough about this wonderful magical place! The creek and waterfall were gorgeous and the sound of the water so soothing and relaxing. The space was great for our family of four. My teenage boys loved exploring the creek and grounds. The owner contacted us personally when we arrived about a repair that was handled in a timely manner the next day. We enjoyed the location to all of our activities (rafting, hiking, the GSMR) and plenty of quaint places to eat. We can't wait to visit again!

A wonderful home

I loved everything this home had to offer. All of the amenities were amazing, and easily utilized. The fire place is beautiful, so is the whole living area. The deck is extensive with plenty of room. The waterfall is a blessing to the home! This was our second rental on this home, and I see us renting again. Easy booking, simple check in, very direct directions to the location. The property is lovely and very clean. Our only complaint was there was no gas available for the gas grill, only two empty canisters and an unclean grill. We realize things happen and we were able to use the stove inside so all went well.

Peaceful retreat

We have been to Tranquility 7 or 8 times now. It gives us a home from which to sustain our relationship with our former mountain home. We love it for that. We also love the game room where we play ping pong after dinner, the deck overlooking the beautiful creek rapids with its porch swing, and the fire pit in the back yard for after dinner reverie. We love the house and its location. We will probably return as long as we make our semi-annual trips to the mountains.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

The home is beautiful and the grounds cant be beat. Spent the majority of our time on the back deck by the creek, it is a amazing place. The only drawback is the lack of internet service. Regardless of what Vacasa tells you, they will not help you and you WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS. It actually should be taken off the list of amenities. None the less, we do plan to stay again simply for nothing more than the beauty of the place.

Peaceful, clean and gorgeous property

If you are looking to reset, be present in nature and to relax on a peaceful property this is the place for you. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was. The beds and living room furniture were all super comfy! There were toiletries provided which was wonderful, allowing us to rest after a long drive and go to the grocery store the following day. There are clear instructions in a notebook with emergency contacts as well as local grocery stores ect listed. The sounds of the creek fill the house and the views from the living room, kitchen and dining area of the creek are spectacular. We felt safe at this property as well. Fire pit, grill, porch swings and patio furniture were all very well maintained and all in working condition . This location is perfect as it’s close to Bryson City (we loved this town), Sylva and the Smokey mountains. With all the fun things to do in the game room, darts, pool table and ping pong, explore the creek, fire pit, we truly would have been happy just relaxing and staying in. Many fun trails/hikes and areas to explore are close by. Our family will always cherish our time at this home and we definitely plan to book again. Our absolute favorite part, it snowed in March, and our kids saw snow for the first time. A big thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful and tranquil home with our family!
