"Disgusting customer service with receptionist / manager aggressively shouting after a simple request. Water kept turning off. Beds were like concrete. 2 single beds do not fit room unless joined into a double. Do not clean rooms every day. Signs stating not to use pool ladders. Had to leave the property for hours when they used toxic chemicals to kill mosquitoes, less than 24 hours notice was provided. It’s a shame because the hotel could be ok with different staff. "We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Phuket, Thailand."
