Arrived and had to wait almost 45 minutes for them to figure out my room. First was told that Expedia over-booked and that my room wasn’t available. After a while I was told my room was available after all. Elevators were out/down so the service elevator that hasn’t been inspected since 2021 was used. The room bathrooms had exposed circuit breakers in both bathrooms, mold on wall, cigarette burn holes in comforters as well. When I tried to contact Expedia, I haven’t been able to get thru to a person nor has anyone called me or emailed me.

They double charged me, we didn’t even spend five minutes inside and we checked out. The entire place has a fowl smell. Room smelled bad, sheets are stained bathroom has stains on the countertop tub has mold growing around it. Around the area are several apparent trustees of modern chemistry or otherwise inebriated Persons. This not the first time I’ve been burned here however, it will be the very last time we use Expedia to book anything. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

I have no issues with the property, but their service and customer support is not it at all. My flight got changed by United Airline that I had to check-in and out a day earlier. I had to book just an extra day and was told I will be refunded my unused stay. To my surprise, no credit or refund was given; spoke to a representative and they said a day refund will be issued, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I spoke with Expedia customer service, they called the hotel and was told no credit or refund will be issued.

This hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance. The vents in the bathroom are filthy. We did not shower here because it did not look or smell clean. We were traveling and this was a stopping point on our trip. We will pick a different stopping point next time.
