- Wonderful, updated bungalow in the coveted tree lined Crown Heights neighborhood close to parks, shopping, dining, hospitals, VA Medical Center and highway access. The two bedrooms on the main each have a queen size bed, black out curtains and smart TV. The main floor bath has a tub/shower combo. Refinished hardwood floors a new Samsung appliance suite and quartz countertops complete the kitchen. Down stairs there is an additional tv room to spread out and enjoy sports or movies. The basement laundry room provides convenience and the fenced in yard with Weber grill and conversation set add the option to cook out. Street parking is available in addition to a single car driveway and garage. The free Q-Line has a nearby pick up and provides free transit down Douglas Ave to the Delano Design District, Old Town and the Stadium. Wonderfully located close to many fine eateries and activities.
