I feel you get a lot of value for your money. Costello who worked the food and beverage services in the evenings is just fantastic. The only downside I had to this hotel is the noise. room was definitely not sound proof at all.

A nice option when in Wichita. Drury hotels offer some fun perks and this staff is great! Will stay again when we’re back in town.

We did not end up staying the staff were rude. During check in the lobby bathroom smelled of sewer gas so we left. We went to the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown!

Beautiful older hotel in downtown. Close to attractions. Easy to get to. Parking garage is kinda tight. The hotel staff, especially in the kickback cafe, were very friendly. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel location is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I was there on a Tuesday and there was a guest welcoming reception. Everyone on the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. Great stay!

The happy hour is exceptional. Food is more like a meal than just appetizers. 3 free drinks per person is a good deal too. Hot tub and pool is great too.

We checked into this hotel tonight and have had nothing but a horrible unprofessional. MAJOR Customer service issue with the Front desk night supervisor. She was belligerent, rude, absolutely refused to help us at check in with a quiet room. Instead she placed us across the elevator on the Group floor hosting young students because we booked through Expedia. The room was very loud and heard of room outside hall conversations. Our only option which we didn’t do was to pay an extra fee. The room rate before all this was very overpriced above the listing on their website and we paid the hotel directly at check in. I even tried to explain we didn’t need an ada room ( was the only option at booking time but was accosted and harassed specifically by the night front supervisor refusing to help since we used Expedia. The assistant manager wasn’t even better and after mentioning what occurred never followed up with us or helped. The reviews mentioned this hotel as a wonderful place today and has been just a total nightmare and senior management definitely lacked any type of common courtesy or professionalism.

Great place with great staff! Was super clean and staff was super kind! We missed the evening touches as weather delayed our arrival-sorry we didn’t experience that! Bkft was wonderful- as were the staff providing and serving!!! Will be back!

I cant say enough good things about the hotel staff. Front desk was amazing, bkfast staff amazing and then 530 kickback staff was absolutely FANTASTIC! All food was pretty good. The hotel was in good shape and clean. I got the double room. It ended up being on the east side of the hotel, 5th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was being left with only half a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. This was easily fixed by front desk. The hotel is quite noisy. Or at least it was during my stay. Slamming doors and children running up and down halls yelling. It was fairly quiet from about 11pm-5am then started all over again. The location of my room was near a main road and at times I could hear the traffic. It wasn't too bad though. Other than the noise of the children this was a good stay and I'd stay again.

Are stay at the Drury plaza was top-notch from the staff to the environment cleanliness of the hotel the assistance that we received everything was perfect and I really enjoyed the meal that they provided little snacks and stuff from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. that was a real plus for our family might as well consider a meal that you would have had to go out to pay for and breakfast wasn't bad we enjoyed our room and everything was easily accessible we felt safe
