The gentleman at the desk was very nice. I had a smoking room booked but needed non smoking. He made it easy to get the room switched.

Where to start. Upon check in I was informed of extra fees for my dogs that were not listed, was only shown as pet friendly. Room was filthy, serious humidity issues, couldn’t breathe after sleeping one night here. Second day we asked for clean sheets as ours were found with blood and urine stains only to be told fresh linens weren’t included with a 2 day stay. Locked myself out of the room only to be scalded like a child by the same jerk at the counter from the other issues. Hotel should be avoided not worth the time or effort.

The mirror had a film on it you couldn’t see. No th remote. Not enough towels. The soap provided didn’t lather like it was old. Breakfast good but coffee terrible. Staff however was excellent
