Brand new nicely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living areas with smart televisions. Retro charm with a well equipped kitchen, original 70's backsplash, stainless appliances stocked with provided Keurig K-Cups and cooking essentials. This home has a covered patio with picnic table for your outdoor evenings. This home is ready for your stay!

The Space:
Full Kitchen, washer and dryer in basement with 2 full baths and 3 full bedrooms with and additional sofa that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and could do more if needed.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours and has electronic check in for easy access any time you arrive.

Great experience!

Perfect and affordable Vrbo for our stay in Wichita from Dec. 11-23. The property was clean, location was great, and Jeremiah was a pleasant and responsive host.

Terrible location, dirty old home.

This property would not be on my recommendation list. It was very dirty and had a terrible odor. Trash in the backyard and under the porch. The beds were less than desirable. The neighborhood was very questionable. Seating was uncomfortable and and also dirty. For the price point, i feel like we could have gotten a much better place and felt much more safe. 2 stars is being gracious honestly.

Worst

As we pulled into check in light was on and then went off as we got out of truck. Opens the door and heard running water. Went downstairs and found bath water slowly running. Reached out to renter for contact number, no answer. Called Vrbo, was on the phone with them as they tried 3 times to contact host. They could not get ahold of him. Waiting on line for manager. After about 30 minutes the owner text me asking what the problem was. I explained and he said the cleaner was running behind today she might of left the water running on. I told him be tub was dirty and still had stains in it. He replied he can and the cleaning lady over to clean. Then - few minutes later he said the cleaning lady told him the shower was backed up so she called a plumber and he must of left the water running. Checked out and had to book something else for the weekend!
