Vintage character
We loved this historic home… so many fun details and character. In every room. Quiet neighborhood and easy access. If you appreciate original hardwood floors and stairs that creak when you walk across and don’t need huge walk in showers, this place is for you.

Beautiful home in fantastic location
We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this lovely historic home when this neighborhood in Wichita lines their streets with luminaries for the holidays. Such a magical setting! The accommodations were perfect for our group; plenty of space, bathrooms, and comfortable beds all in a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Great location very near restaurants and shopping. Larry, our host, was so nice and quick to respond to questions. A great experience for our group!

Beautiful home and neighborhood
The home is beautiful, well kept and in a wonderful neighborhood. The house next door was having an adorable hot cocoa stand sale while we were there. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Fabulous place
Stayed with my sisters for a quick weekday trip to Wichita while our father had surgery at Wesley Medical Center. The location was fabulous! The hosts had so many nice amenities we didn’t lack anything on our stay! Nice quiet and very safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location
The property was clean and worked well for our group, we had 6 couples and one single. The home was way bigger then the pictures show, charming and quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get into contact with the owner and within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful house in charming neighborhood
The house is charming with lots of character in a family friendly neighborhood. Everything was clean and there were a few extra welcoming touches. The master bed is heavenly, very comfortable. We would love to rent it again if the need arises.

Neat eclectic house and neighborhood!
This is a great property. Such an eclectic old house. Did have 4 bathrooms which is great for getting ready. Lots of beautiful woodwork in the house, which also means a bit floor noises, but not a problem. It was close to where we wanted and a very quiet neighborhood. Great stay! 😊

Warm welcome to Wichita
We stayed here while we moved into our new home, while relocating to Wichita. It was spacious and perfect for our family of four. It’s an old home but very comfortable. Convenient location, great communication.

Amazing Property!
This is a great property! The location is safe, convenient, and a great neighborhood to go for walks and sit out on the front porch. We had a great visit, the property manager was very helpful and we had a great stay! This was perfect for our family get together and to go watch my son’s baseball games (Sunflower Collegiate League) around the Wichita area. I honestly can’t say enough great thing a about this property!

Perfect place for our family - Wish we could have stayed longer!!
With our son performing all over the country, we travel a lot and are often joined by various family members. Rarely have we found a place to stay that was as perfect as the College Hill house. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group and so many areas to sit and visit. Great yard for our granddaughters to play in. If our son gets another gig in Wichita, we know where we will be staying. It was magnificent!!!!

OUTSTANDING!!!
This property was AMAZING!! The College Hill area was a perfect location and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly! The house was wonderful with plenty of room and an old time feel with upgraded amenities. The beds were super comfortable too!! Property manager and owner was great and readily available if we needed anything. We will DEFINITELY come back to this property on our next trip to Wichita!
