    The home’s south wing offers a private primary suite designed for comfort and relaxation, along with convenient in-home laundry facilities.

    On the opposite side of the home, the north wing features the second and third bedrooms along with a full hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms include comfortable beds and generous closet space, while the bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and extra storage.

    Leading downstairs, the newly renovated basement is the perfect place to unwind after a long day out. With a bar, large TV, and sectional, this space is sure to provide a relaxing escape.

    Traveling with pets? The fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for them to roam — responsible pet owners are always welcome!

    PLEASE NOTE:
    -There is a guest house at the back corner of the lot. This is also rented out. You may have occasional run-ins with guests renting this out.
    *Please also note, there is no way to access the home/backyard from the guest house -- They are completely separate.
    -The circle drive is shared with the guest house. Please do not park in the parking spot to the north of the driveway -- This is reserved for the guest house.
    -The garage is not available for guest use.
    -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
