Ramada isn't pleasant

I don't recommend this hotel. No guest laundry, you have to drive to a near by laundry mat, the front desk told me 1 thing and hotels told me another. The suite was 2 rooms joined together, although the 2 bathrooms were nice, breakfast was a joke. Cereal, milk a few cold items, no fruit.

We come and stay once a month for usually 2 nights. The staff has great customer service skills. They go bejound to make your stay comfortable. This trip, breakfast has chanced. From fresh eggs and bacon bar to a breakfast biscuit that needs you will need to heat up in microwave. That was a let down. Coffee we can not recommend, we get better coffee at a gas station. However, we stay here to be save, comftable, close to all and airport. The price is right.

The room was not comfortable and the service was poor. Asked for towel and they never brought it. Poor customer service. The only good think about the hotel, the shuttle driver Robert who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Next to a busy interstate and airport noise

Upon my check in time (3:30 is when we got there) they informed us our room wasn't ready. Having drove 11 hours, I was upset. As I was walking back to my car to inform my group of what was happening, I had a medical emergency that left me sitting in the parking lot. The other adult in my party escorted me into the hotel, asking if the room was ready which they said it was. At no time did the staff offer my adult friend (whom also was escorting 5 children) help with assisting us to our room or help of any kind. When we finally got to our room, it was in extremely run down condition: walls were bubbling from water damage, there was garbage under our coffee tables, we were not restocked on shampoo/conditioner/lotion during our stay, the continental breakfast was minimal and the same stuff both days we were there (almost looked like they had just reheated it), and there were no towels in the bin by the pool.

Bed bugs and entirely lacked security.

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had through Expedia. I am amazed that this place is endorsed by anyone and found to be acceptable lodging accommodations in any way.

Needs more updating and better vendors.

The bathtub had not stopper to give the kids a bath and the ac had gone out the day before we arrived and it wasn't going to be fixed till after we left, 3 days later. So there was not airconditioning in the restaraunt or bar and was too hot to use either. The breakfast was also practically tasteless..... the sausage was like shoe leather with not taste at all and the eggs were tough. They need to get the eggs that the Quality Suites in Kansas City, MO had.... those were fabulous!

Don't Do It

I slept in my clothes all night and didn't put my suitcase or even my shoes on the floor. What does that tell you? Staff was very friendly though. Come one Ramada! Spend some money to upgrade your properties. Cheap and disgusting. How did I end up there? I didn't make reservation and was surprised to discover we were staying there.

first room they put us in had a hole to the outside on the air conditioner, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, bad paint job, hot. when we went to call to complain the phone didn't work. they gave us new rooms but no more suites so had to get two rooms, and they acted like they ere going to charge extra.

Run Down Hotel and Poor Experience

We checked-in right at the earliest time and the front desk staff was nice, but that was the end of the "nice" experience. I have a laundry list of issues, in terms of management of the hotel and the condition, but I am allowed so many characters so I will make it a list: one of the doors to the room could not be opened from the outside, closet door off tracks, one toilet would not flush, one faucet sounded like a freight train, no clean linens for the pull-out sofa (they could provide any when asked), staff allow huge food mess to linger in the hallway, breakfast was poorly executed, the warmers on the buffet didn't seem to be functioning, extension cord running around the breakfast area and being tripped on, guests were allowed to loudly run through halls well into the early hours of the morning, overall condition of the outside of the hotel is rough, piles of old mulch in back parking lot, rainwater leaking around the exterior doors, security doors didn't seem to be functioning at all (they were never locked at anytime we came in or out). Overall the hotel just seems like it is run down and needs renovation. Not at all what I have experienced with other Ramada hotels in the past. This was perhaps the worst experience we have had with a hotel; especially one that belongs to a national chain! I had half a mind to checkout and get a refund and go next door to the no-name hotel that looked a lot cleaned and cared for.

Needs to be refurbished

The room & bathroom were clean except dust built up on the carpet around the edges of the wall. The bed & pillows were comfortable & the AC was cold. So, not horrible. But, the room had a must smell, there were holes in the curtains either from sun rot or moths of both, holes in the upolstrey of the chair &, the food reminded us of eating in a school cafeteria. Our room was down the hallway from a side entrance. The door was very loud when it would close behind someone & it would wake us up.

Wonderful employees

Front desk staff members Anush and Marisol were so helpful and kind. They made sure we were happy and satisfied with our room. Andrea in Remington's was so nice and informative. We really enjoyed our "happy hours" because of her.

worst experience so far

Hidden fees at registration moment, smelly hallways, back door NOT SECURED (anyone can enter the premises-THAT is a security risk), no WiFi at rooms and even at the lobby no internet connection; all of this makes me not wanting to come back again and better expend some extra for better place, remember, sometimes CHEAPER IS EXPENSIVE.

Not clean

Duvets had red stains on them, ants were crawling on phone charger, had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Places on walls throughout the hotel that were dirty.
