"The location was excellent. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need (laundry, cleaning supplies, etc). The cabin needs a lot of work outside. It's in bad shape, roof, painting, grounds. That aside, the biggest problem is the alarm system. The alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night. We discussed the problem with the property mgt company and they were unable to address the problem."

"Walkup stairs to 1 level with 3 bedrooms. The nicest part was its own waterfront with a dock. Beautiful view. Right next to the a marina where we rented a boat. Also walking distance to downtown Meredith. Everything was clean and new. Owner was very helpful."
