Just 40 meters from the sparkling Lake Bernstein in Conneforde (Wiefelstede region, about 50 km from the North Sea), this charming holiday home welcomes up to 9 guests. Couples will find comfort and romance, while families enjoy freedom and unforgettable moments together.



The detached house offers around 120 m² of space and a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor, the romantic Rose Room awaits you. Upstairs, the airy Blue Butterfly Room (two single beds, easily combined into a double) and the child-friendly Green Dream Room (two pull-out sofa beds, plenty of play space, and a large desk for drawing and games) invite you to relax.



The heart of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, and open kitchen – cozy and inviting. The utility room with washing machine, dryer, and extra fridge provides ample storage. The large bathroom features a shower and sink. An additional washhouse with several toilets and showers is just 40 meters away, ideal for larger groups.



Outside, a 1,320 m² dream garden awaits: koi pond, pavilion, terrace with sunshade, whirlpool, outdoor kitchen, smoker, Weber grill, and romantic solar lights. Eleven chairs and five loungers are spread across the garden. Pets are welcome upon request.



Right outside, you’ll find a private beach, children’s swimming area with water slide, and the aqua park. Across the road are a climbing park and mini golf. The region offers cycling paths, rhododendron parks, Bad Zwischenahn, and proximity to the North Sea for great excursions.
