The hotel staff was super helpful. I had booked the hotel an extra night by mistake and they helped me by not canceling my reservation. The staff was always super kind.

What can I say, lovely hotel, excellent reception staff, and the most beautiful bar staff, incredibly good at there work. The young lady with her little Frenchie is absolutely superb. A must stay of your in this region of Germany and a hotel I will be revisiting very soon.

Had everything we could need
Excellent hotel and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to airport, nice hotel bar, A/C and within walking distance to a few stores. We would choose this hotel again

I books the hotel though expedia. The hotel would not provides me with a receipt. The hotel is getting paid but could not provides me with this service. I got my receipt on the expedia app. But the hotel could have provided me with a receipt as well.

Disappointing and disgusting
Nothing of Marriott standards: dirty stinky room, molded shower and old spring mattress that has not been changed for probably last 15 years. Unfriendly and unqualified front desk staff.

Courtyard is in a good location for Wiesbaden and the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The only odd thing to report is that the showers were not fully enclosed and some water may spray into bathroom floor if you are not careful.

Poor front desk services
No one at front desk when check in at around 8:30 PM. Wait more than 15 minutes for staff appear. No bell available in counter. The staff gave wrong information about any supermarket nearby. He said all closed and no supermarket nearby but actually one large supermarket "Globus" (one minutes walk) still operating till 10PM. 3 stars hotel only.

Can't win em all
The hotel itself was great, I loved the comforts of the room and proximity to work. There weren't much within walking distance of the hotel only one mom and pop style restaurant so that was a bummer. Parking was horrible because the parking spots were a bit small and people kept parking on the lines so you had to be really flexible getting in and out of your car. My room was facing the back where the TESLA charging stations were located so I basically herd a hum all day and all night from the constant charging of vehicles, this didn't bother me much and the comforts of the hotel out weigh all of those things. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will in a very short while.

A decent hotel
We stayed here as a stop over from the euro tunnel for our European trip. It's a standard hotel really, we picked it because we didn't want to go into frankfurt. The rooms are clean. The room we had had a bathroom in the corner with closing frosted doors which looks cool but may be not too private for the toilet!! That said the shower was powerful. The hotel is based in an industrial estate but that wasn't an issue for a stop over. We went to a really nice local restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. We didn't have breakfast included so walked over the road to the HUGE supermarket and stocked up on delicious fresh pastries

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Non-steam iron so not great for ironing suits, decent hairdryer, pillows are ok, 2 hard and 2 soft.

EXACTLY WHAT I WANT FROM MY BUSINESS HOTEL - A1
From booking in at reception to booking out at the end of my stay, the hotel was outstanding. Rooms are airy with modern decor and wet-room shower. Individual split air conditioners are provided to cool or heat the room to exactly your own preference. Beds are very comfortable and a refridgerator and tea/coffee making facilities are in the room. The bar was beautifully appointed and because I had my dog with me, I chose to eat in the bar, which was accommodated by the staff.
