Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Nachts stand auf einmal ein anderer Gast/Einbrecher in unserem Zimmer. Er hatte eine funktionierende Karte was laut Rezeption gar nicht möglich war. Ein absolutes NoGo.

Einzigste was etwas schwierig und nicht so angenehm war ist, dass die Toilettenspülung (ich war im 3. Stock) nicht richtig gespült hat und hat z.b. das große geschäft erst bei ca 5-6 mal spülen endlich weg bekommen 🙈

Da wir eine bzw. nur zwei Übernachtungen gemacht haben, war alles OK, Mein Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoß und war in der Nacht laut. In den Obergeschossen alles OK.

Sehr spartanisch, Geruchsbelästigung durch Küche

Das Zimmer ist extrem einfach und es scheint lange nicht renoviert worden zu sein. Parksituation (mit Fahrstuhl und Hubparker) für Kleinwagen ok, sonst eher suboptimal, dafür teuer. Morgens weht von der Küche ein extremer (und für mich belästigender) Geruch vom Treppenhaus ins Zimmer. Ob das für alle Zimmer und Stockwerke zutrifft, kann ich nicht sagen. Mein Hemd, welches ich am Vorabend für den Morgen zurechtgelegt hatte, war jedenfalls unbrauchbar. Die Dame an der Rezeption war jedoch das Ärgerlichste: als Gast erwartet man mehr, als eine vorlaute Antwort "man solle sich das nächste Mal halt ein nicht stinkendes Hotel suchen".

De kamer 017 is niet ingericht voor twee personen. Er is slechts één stoel. Het raam zit onder een brandtrap, waardoor het donker is in de kamer en je ook geen uitzicht hebt. Het bed is met een kant tegen de wand geplaatst, zodat de achterste persoon over de ander heen moet klimmen om uit bed te komen.

War 15 Jahre dort Gast - ca. 10 mal im Jahr. Seit 2019 zum ersten mal wieder dort. Leider hat das damals super gute Frühstück mit einem erstklassigen Frühstückspersonal sehr gelitten.

Hôtel bien situé mais quartier où les places de stationnement sont rares. Le parking souterrain de l'hôtel est difficile d'accès pour un véhicule de taille SUV (10€ par nuit).

Da wir erst nach 23h in Wiesbaden angekommen sind und das Hotel um 23h dicht macht, hat man uns eine Schlüsselkarte hinterlegt, die die Haupttüre sowie unser Zimmer öffnen sollte. Leider hat das nicht geklappt und wir mussten nach Mitternacht ein neues Hotel suchen, das wir auch gefunden haben. Am nächsten Tag sind wir mit der Hotelkarte zum Hotel gefahren und die Mitarbeiter mussten feststellen, dass die Karte nicht taugte. Leider hat uns das nichts mehr genützt. Ich habe den Mitarbeitern gesagt, dass sie für solche Fälle, dringend einen Notruf veranlassen sollten.
