"Everything was just fine and the price was right"

"Staff was professional, but the space desperately needs maintenance. Stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, there were ants in the carpet of our room, and there were spots of mold above the shower"

"The room was nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped. The couch/chase was sagging, when you sat on the couch part a person sunk down and was difficult to get up. The bed was more on the firm side. Breakfast was only served to 9:00 weekdays, it would be nice to extend to 10:00. The staff was courteous and helpful. "

The house was very clean and from the moment we walked in, it felt like home, even if it was for a long weekend. Some added benefits were the toys and games in the basement, a large yard, and kitchen amenities. We look forward to renting again when we come back to Lincoln. "

"Clean room for the most part, a few bugs. Hot shower, bed was average, pillows need to be replaced. The tv never did work, and the lighting was dim. The price to lay your head down was reasonable."
