"The property is in a busy and lively area of cork. Parking was a small pain on a Saturday night as you have to park at a public lot not far from the hotel. We booked a superior room which was adequate but not special. There is no ac in the property so get the staff to open the window in your room to allow for some air circulation. The bed was comfy and the staff super helpful."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and the staff was helpful. They stored our bags for a couple hours until check in. The pub service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes it difficult for those with mobility issues."

"The employees here are very nice and helpful! The room was average. And that is being kind. The tv only faces one way , old and needed to be replaced. The room was not up to par for what we were charged. ***Parking**If you are driving, the parking is horrendous! It goes between parking close and very very tight parking spots or going to the other closest one where you have to haul your luggage. It would be very helpful to have some direction on where to park. It was blocked by cabs so you could not see it."
