"Great location on the river. Back of hotel had plenty of wildlife to view while relaxing. Easy walk to the brewery and the local grocery store. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had such a great time staying at Dobson House! The house itself is fascinating and the views were stunning. Brenda was such a lovely host, giving us a background on how the earthship was created and making us feel comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s close to Taos and Arroyo Seco, but it’s still so quiet and peaceful that it feels so far from everything. It’s just a short walk to the Rio Grande and the hot springs. We’ll definitely be back!"
Spectacular Earthship

"Watched two documentaries about Earthships many moons ago and didn't realize they were available as vacation rentals. This one is fantastic! We had a great experience staying there. The view is unbelievable and very surreal; mountain, desert, wilderness, sunrise, sunset, night sky, plus wind, rainstorm, and sunshine can all occur within a couple of hours. The location is very close to the Rio Grande Gorge bridge, and Taos downtown. Communicating with Michelle is a breeze. This is a very special and unique vacation experience. Its name says it all: Spectacular!"
