"First night of three, great room, very comfortable. Went to get coffee, came back, key worked. Went for awesome breakfast provided, key didn't work. Even desk master card didn't work. They were going to change the battery so we went exploring. Got back, still not working so were moved to another room which I will absolutely request next time we go there! Highly recommend, can't wait to see the wellness spa retreat portion which is still in development. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Pizza Chef next door with cute miniature golf course!! Probably best pizza we've had in a very long time. Do not hesitate to book here!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Staff greeted us with a friendly hello and checked us in while explaining all we needed to know about our room and the property. Room was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed visiting with friends on the upstairs porch in the evening. Breakfast was amazing! Resort quality as opposed to the hotel breakfasts we experienced on the rest of our trip. We can’t wait to return."

"Everything was wonderful. The host even accommodated adding another day on the front end after I realized that I had reserved the wrong start date by one day. My only recommendation is to be clearer about the property accessories. For example, there is a communal pool with the Quechee Country club but the cost is 15/day/person. This cost is not included with the rental fee and should be transparent to renters. Otherwise, the accommodations were wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property booked through Vrbo. The house was exactly as describe, clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family of six.We stayed here specifically to enjoy the hot air balloon festival, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was within easy walking distance to the festival grounds, which made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The host was excellent and very responsive, typically replying to any questions within a couple of hours, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for the festival or a family getaway."
