Apartment 'Bobis Ferienwohnung' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Beautiful family vacation apartment 4-ZKB on the 1st floor / 100 m² with balcony in Wildpoldsried, in the heart of the Allgäu in Bavaria.

Newly renovated, sunny apartment with a beautiful view. Max. 5 people can be accommodated in our beautiful non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



1 double bed, 1 bunk bed - also suitable for adults and a single bed. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. A high chair is available in the kitchen for our younger guests.

Board games and books are available in case the weather is not ideal for excursions and you don't want to go to the nearby indoor swimming pool.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



Bicycles can be stored in a garage.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



All excursion destinations are within easy reach. 10 km from the town of Kempten. 20-30 minutes drive to the mountains e.g. Immenstadt, Sonthofen, Oberstdorf, Füssen. Whether skiing, swimming in pools, lakes or beautiful hiking trails and mountain tours - there is something for everyone. The local natural swimming pool is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment (free entry). The supermarket with bakery, sports field, beach volleyball court and playgrounds are also in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 minutes' walk).

Pros: We are a family with two kids and we all enjoyed our stay in Wildpoldsried. The apartment is very spacious, confortable and well equipped. It was perfectly prepared for our arrival and Marion welcomed us warmly. We also appreciated the proximity to Kempten, the lakes and Neuschwanstein Castle. It will be our preferred solution when we go back to Allgäu to visit our friends again.

Sehr schöne großzügige Unterkunft mit netter Gastgeberin

Pros: Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, alles sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig möbliert. WC und Bad sind getrennt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine und ein Gefrierfach. Im Ort ist ein gut sortierter Nahkauf mit Metzgerei und Bäckerei. Auch das örtliche Wirtshaus ist zu empfehlen. Ein Badesee rundet diesen netten kleinen Ort ab. Cons: Dass wir eher in Richtung Füssen/ Nesselwang unterwegs waren und deshalb viel Fahrerei hatten, war selbstgewähltes Elend 😜. Ach ja, der Wasserhahn im Bad war etwas geizig, es floß nur spärlich, aber wir sind trotzdem sauber geworden 😉.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Mit unseren drei Enkelkindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Der kleine, aber schöne Badeweiher ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und sehr nett. Viele Attraktionen (Skyline Park, Königsschlösser u.v.m.) sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Die Vermieter sind freundlich und waren bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich über den Vermietern und neben einer mäßig befahrenen Eisenbahnstrecke (ca. 5 kurze und recht leise Züge pro Stunde). Unsere drei Kinder hat es gefreut. Die Wohnung ist mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und sogar Sandwichtoaster ausgestattet. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe usw. waren vorhanden. Sogar Bücher und etwas Spielzeug haben wir vorgefunden. Angenehm waren auch die bezogenen Betten bei Ankunft. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen.

Pros: Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der schönen und großen Ferienwohnung von Familie Zenin. Optimal für uns als fünfköpfige Familie. Gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, und wenn doch was fehlte, wurde es umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Ort ist herrlich ruhig, so gut wie kein Tourismus, das Naturbad um die Ecke ist wunderschön angelegt mit Liegewiese, Spielplatz und Kiosk. Die Autobahn ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, so dass man von dort aus gut Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung wärmsten empfehlen!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden, auch viele Spiele und Bücher. Familie Zenin ist sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Sehr schöne großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Platz zum Verstauen. Alles ist neu und frisch renoviert. Frau Zenin hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Füßläufig sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Gaststätte zu erreichen. Zum abendlichen Ausklang können wir den örtlichen Badeteich (kostenfrei) mit Liegewiese, Volleyballfeld, Tischtennisplatte und Spielplatz sehr empfehlen. Als Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge liegt Wildpoldsried sehr zentral und nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch die Lage ist sehr gut - ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe und ein hübscher Weiher lädt zum Baden ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unseren Kindern hat es im Allgäu gut gefallen, da man dort viele tolle Ausflüge machen kann. Besonders schön fanden sie den nahe gelegenen Badeweiher. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.
