Disliked: Check-in, communication
Didn’t realize you operated separate from the hotel. You charge more and don’t offer sheets or cleaning which we found out via email, 2 days prior. Hotel guest check in all day long, you want to charge extra for every little thing. The absolute worst part was you sent someone into our room without our permission because YOU didn’t provide the parking pass that you said was necessary. The pass was sitting right next to my daughter’s wallet. That is just wrong!
