Amenities Included: Private beach access with beach service, heated beachfront infinity-edge pool, children's pool, expansive sundeck, fitness center, sauna, massage room, game room with billiards, outdoor grilling and BBQ area, locker facilities, adult lounge, and community room.
Please note: Beach service includes umbrellas, lounge chairs, upright chairs, and side tables and is typically available from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.
Parking: There are 2 assigned parking spaces (Labeled 163 & 164).
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
