The Grand at Diamond Beach offers oceanfront living in an amenity-rich environment, which includes a private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, an infinity-edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, saunas, and fitness center. This Seawatch residence boasts a large wraparound veranda with beautiful northeast ocean views. Residence 411 is exquisitely decorated and has high-end furnishings and appliances, including a Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. This unit is extremely well-designed and unique, featuring custom Queen on Queen bunk beds in the den with a twin trundle.



Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand's management.

This residence had an expansive ocean view. The large patio had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was well appointed. The bar stools and large dining table made it easy for everyone to gather. The decor was beautifully done with a subtle tasteful beach theme. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect for a family with the primary suite set apart from the other bedrooms.

All in all, a wonderful week at a beautiful property! Weekday staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekend front desk person was a bit curt and was always talking with other staff members.
