Overall the property is beautiful.

Overall the property is beautiful. It is clean and very well maintained. I would most likely stay again. My hesitation stems from not being greeted welcomingly by the front desk at the Grand. The 2 young women were not friendly and I really felt like they were annoyed by us entering- not what I expected. I also don’t care for wearing a paper wristband at a high end resort. The Grand staff is really good at watching everything you do. I felt watched over the entire time we were there. I guess they were making sure we “belonged”. It was off putting. It took away from the overall experience. Your team was easy to work with. The team was friendly and responsive. My low ratings are due to a disconnect between the rental agency and The Grand staff
