This is a family-oriented home located on a quiet street. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom groups, Senior week groups, or any other type of non-family group consisting of guests under age 25. Please have a family member who is over the age of 25 make the reservation. Any reservation made by someone under age 25 will lose their deposit. No exceptions.
