  • Beautiful, 'bi-level condominium', located on the 200 block of East Montgomery Avenue. Very spacious, top floor with a beautiful deck. One and a half blocks to a free beach, world famous boardwalk, playground, and restaurants. Over 1400 sq. feet. One and a half blocks to the Convention Center. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. New floors and furniture.

    Features a large open living area with cathedral ceiling, sliding door to outdoor deck area. Large, fully equipped, kitchen, island and dining area. Go down six steps to three spacious bedrooms.
    Large master bedroom with queen-size bed and private bath with tub and shower. Second bedroom with a queen size bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds, double on the bottom and single on the top plus a single bed. Main bath also has tub and shower. Washer/dryer in hallway. Also the perfect spot to see the fireworks on Friday evening. Blankets , comforters, and pillows are provided. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Two televisions with cable hookup. One in living room and one in master bedroom. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Includes parking for two cars and private garage. Bikes are there for the boardwalk riders and beach chairs are there for the beach lovers. Also for baby, if need be, we have a high chair for your use in closet. Everything you could want or need for a wonderful vacation at the Jersey Shore. Amusements for the children on the boardwalk within walking distance. Outside shower. No Pets and No Smoking. Age restriction no one under 25 years old may book.

Beach House Getaway

Our family had a lovely time in Wildwood and the home was very comfortable and was decorated adorably! It was clean and neat and suited us perfectly! The host was very responsive and helpful. It was such a great experience and so nice to be within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Parking at the house was very convenient. Thank you for such a great experience!

4th of July Week 2024

The condo is beautiful. The stairs are a killer for me and my sister. We are 65 & 66 with bad backs. I'm glad family was there to help us with our packages. Not far from the beach or boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was clean, bright and well stocked with kitchen items to make preparing meals easy. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. Location was great, close to everything and we even watched the fireworks right outside our door! We had 7 adults (1 teen) staying and had plenty of room to spread out. You will not be disappointed, already planning to rent again next year.

The house was just as expected same as the pictures. Had a great time. Close to the beach, basketball courts, Pickleball courts and the boardwalk. 17 year-old boy and 20 year-old boy their friends and their girlfriend my husband and I had an amazing time would go back again.

Need to inform people about the 28 steps. My wife has Copd and found it difficult. The place was fantastic. My wife was impressed at the decor and cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked had everything.

Very happy with this condo and the owner’s responsiveness. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely not hesitate to book here again or if you are considering this condo to stay in. Convenient to beach, boardwalk and our event. The only suggestion I have is the kitchen could use another frying pan or 2 and a few more larger cooking utensils (large spoons, spatulas etc). We cooked all week and had to improvise with what was available to use (but this is an easy fix and by no way a negative). Also, we came from out of state and had no idea you can’t park over into the sidewalk at all. I got a ticket for doing so, so just a heads up to park side by side if you have multiple cars. Again, not a negative to the condo/owners but rather just a friendly heads up to save anyone else from getting a ticket. Overall, A!
