The building I was in was on the boardwalk was nice to sit on the rooftop deck and watch the ocean and boardwalk. Diner and Dunkin convenient right on boardwalk next to motel, room we rented was perfect size with kitchenette, staff very nice.

You are literally on the boardwalk! Rooms are very tiny and the beds were kinda hard but if it’s just a stop over between drives doable. The room was pretty clean especially the floor and bathroom. Front desk was very helpful and even with a line of people to check in she was very friendly.

Our room was surprisingly small but it worked! The place was very clean and the staff was outside cleaning and sweeping all day. The only thing... the pool was not inviting. It looked kind of green. Also, the hot tub was closed. We did have access to 2 other pools at connecting properties so that made up for it. I recommend this hotel. Location is great! Nice roof top for relaxing and people watching on the boardwalk.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The proximity to the beach is ridiculous! This place is legit a hidden gem and I’m so glad I found it… would definitely stay there again!

We had a pleasant stay for a couple of nights...the location is great amazing views . The only negative thing I would say is the rooftop pool .was not cleaned well and it was cloudy But we did swim in it . The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Overall we had a good stay at this motel. The air conditioner worked well, kitchenette was clean and well supplied, pool was nice. However we found several large toenail clippings near the beds and dresser…which was gross.

The people who work there are super friendly!! I have a sprain on ankle, when checking in they carried my bags upstairs without being asked!!! I do not drive and I had to spend three hours around town before my bus was to come. I kindly asked them if I can leave my bags with them and without hesitation they were quite happy to do it!!! I can not wait to stay here again. I LOVED the room I stayed in and I would recommend this place to everyone!! 😃👍

It is not the fanciest motel but the location is ideal and the rates are reasonable. I was happy to see the rooftop pool working after years of it not being available. The only difficult factor is the parking. There are three lots but it can ne hard to find a space and they are all tight.

There was no access to wheelchair. In the middle of the night there was an electric outage. The room was so warm. There was plumbing issue in the bathroom. I literally had to remove water from the floor because I was concerned about my older parent ' s safety .The view was nice .

The floor had some sticky spots on it, which was unpleasant. The bathroom ventilation did not work well, so the moisture stayed trapped inside. However, the bed was clean, and the room did not smell like smoke, which was nice.
