Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa di Viggiano apt #2 is a spacious 2nd level cottage with a private porch to enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the sun. Ground level fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Off street parking is available for the convenience of loading and unloading only. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and seating for indoor dining as well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. 2 bedrooms include queen bed, 2 twins and a pull out single offers plenty of room for 5.. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

Perfect place to stay!

This is our third time staying in one of the villas and we will definitely be back!! They are always super clean and the location is convenient to the boardwalk and beach. We will be back for sure!!

Good Stay

The property was clean and located near the convention center which was a huge plus for my son and I. The beds were standard and reasonably comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and everything worked. The love seats in the family room are not comfortable for relaxing. Having an actual sofa to relax on would have been nice.

The best Memorial Day weekend guys trip.

A beautiful house that me and my friends got for Memorial Day weekend. The place was cleaned smelled amazing the bed were made and just overall a great time. Even when we had a problem the hosts responded to us in less than an hour. I will definitely be back don’t miss out.

Great location

The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available.

Cute Wildwood Get-a-Way

3 moms enjoyed a wknd stay. Condo was tucked away in private alcove, it felt safe, clean and not too much noise. Loved the deck for AM coffee and PM wine….full sun 11am-7pm. A retractable porch shade or large umbrella would make this unit amazing! Owner was excellent with response to all inquiries. Would definitely recommend.

Cute Apartment

The apartment was adorable. Clean,.fresh, comfortable and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Everything we needed was there. The only challenge we had was parking. We had to drive around the block several times and ultimately parked away from the apartment in a paid spot.

This property was amazing. Easy to find, easy to access and very clean. The boardwalk is really close to 3-4 minute walk. Parking is definitely difficult. You can park on the street, if you can find one or you have to pay the meter. Which can get pricey. Overall, I would definitely stay again. My family and I are very happy.

Great Stay. Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly as pictured and Frank was very prompt with replies to questions, etc. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. It’s also in a great location. A very short walk to the convention center and boardwalk. As noted by other reviewers, street parking can be a challenge during busy times, one of the twin beds should be replaced, and the queen bedroom could benefit from some curtains to block the morning sun. Overall, we were happy with the unit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

A Perfect Shore House Experience in Wildwood, NJ

Our recent stay at your shore house in Wildwood, NJ was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in close proximity to the vibrant boardwalk and the serene beach, the location of the house was ideal for a perfect vacation. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The proximity to the boardwalk meant we had easy access to a variety of entertainment options. The lively atmosphere, combined with the array of shops and eateries, ensured there was never a dull moment. Just a stone’s throw away from the house was the beautiful beach. The convenience of being able to take a short walk to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf was truly a luxury. The house itself was well-maintained and clean, with all amenities functioning perfectly. In conclusion, our stay at this shore house was an excellent location, coupled with the well-equipped and comfortable house, therefore we would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

Fun times at the beach good location for a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We stayed in the unit on the second floor. There are 4 units on this property that can be rented out at the same time and probably could be a little busy.

The property manager was great. ABringing linens (on plane) was not ideal and the shower was tiny (only negatives). Location was perfect. The parking pass situation worked out great. Overall would definitely go again at same location.

We took our family of four. The photos were spot on as far as the rooms go. The parking pass was a huge help. They were very clear about needing to provide linens, so we made sure to bring our own towels and bedding. The property manager even provided coupons to local supermarkets that we used as soon as we got there.
