    The Space:

    The first floor consists of a garage and driveway to accommodate a total of 2 vehicles. Enter this 2nd floor unit into a beautiful, spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a fully stocked kitchen with an island and dining table for 6, as well as a half bath. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full. The 2nd bedroom and primary both have has a queen beds. There is also a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and two balconies where you can admire the views from all angles.

    This complex has a private, gated pool area with a kiddie pool, main pool, large hot tub, outdoor seating and kitchen area.

    4 beach chairs and and an umbrella are located in the garage for your use. The unit also has a private outdoor shower.

    Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, a bunk bed with a full and 1 Twins, and a full sofa bed



    No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking

    Linens and towels not included.

    This property is for families and mature renters only due to local ordinances regarding parking and noise.
