Great family location! Walk one house to the corner to access the Wildwood Convention Center, beach, boardwalk, Copper Dog restaurant/bar and Fox Park. Beach entrance wheel chair accessible on right side ramp from Convention Center. Takes the long walk out of the Mile Long beach area!
Enjoy live summertime music at Fox Park, or come play pickleball, basketball, or baseball. World famous Wildwood Boardwalk, Morey's Piers, Mini golf, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and restaurants all in walking distance. Park your car in the off street covered two space reserved parking and never step foot in it again during your stay, it's that easy to get around. Rules

Unit B has 2 two parking spots in carport. Park only in Unit B lane. Overflow parking on street. Cars parked in unit A or C lanes will be towed.
Quiet time is 11pm until 7am. Our neighbors live in the adjoining units and will call us and/or the poilice with noise complaints if excessive.
Check out time is 11am. Cleaners arrive 11:05am. If they can not begin cleaning at that time, the $175 cleaning fee will be passed on to you.

Great location and so clean

We stayed for three nights for a cheer competition. The place is so close to the convention center (can walk there in less than 5 minutes) and to the beach and boardwalk. The place has two shaded parking spaces which was also great.Clean and cozy and the property owners were very responsive and kind.

Great House

Beautiful, spotless house with all the basics (sheets, towels, paper towels, garbage bags etc) which many listings in this area dont provide. Owner was amazing, quick and responsive to any questions we had. Less than 5 min to the boardwalk, a perfect plave to stay.

Family Spring Break

We took a little family vacation over spring break and were very pleased with our stay. Greta had everything we could need. Everything was neat and clean and the location was fantastic. Greta was also super quick with any questions we had! We would certainly recommend to anyone and stay again as well

Great place

This house was clean, everything was there as listed on VRBO plus small added things that made our stay so nice. They were great to communicate with. It’s in a great location with restaurants and breakfast places all within a block away and only a block away from the boardwalk. Definitely recommend.

A great place to stay. It is about a block and a half from the beach (an easy walk). It is convenient location. The house is very spacious, clean and nice with a lot of touches that you appreciate. The kids found the ice maker to be awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Volleyball tournament weekend

Condo is beautiful! Clean and well maintained. Linens and towels provided were an a plus. The little touches with shampoo/conditioner/body wash were a wonderful amenity. Walking distance to the boardwalk/beach and convention center was a convenience for our busy but fun weekend. Good communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions.And off street parking was a bonus! Thank you!

Great Place for a Birthday

We had a great time. We were there for my daughter's Sweet 16 with some of her friends. Greta was a big a help in recommending restaurants and bakery so we could get her a birthday cake. The pictures on don't do the house justice. Was much nicer and roomier than expected. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The beach and boardwalk are all in walking distance.

Great location well suited to large family

This is our second stay at this exact unit on East Davis avenue (unit B). The facility is easy walking distance to beach and restaurants - has parking for 2 cars and is clean and well outfitted. The unit does have steep stairs to contend with but this might not be so unusual. Our only issue was with checking in. We did not receive our lock box code during our email updates and it took several calls, texts and emails to finally reach some one. We were a little frantic keeping our 3 toddlers, who were tired from a day at the beach, content.

This property leaves nothing out. Everything you need and then some. The owners were gracious, easy to communicate with, the check in process was seamless. The location is perfect, extremely close to the boardwalk and convention, I highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Wildwood.

Wonderful Condo

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for our dance competition—just minutes from the venue. Greta was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She goes above and beyond what most VRBO hosts offer, providing thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. The condo was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The house is only a block away from the convention center. Most of the shops and restaurants starts next to the convention center, so it is very convenient. 2 parking spots are available. Additional paid Street parking is also available. Rooms are good sized. Kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommended.
