This location was everything! Ocean view. Beautiful interior, exterior. Provided a welcome kit that was so needed after a long trip. Perfection. Great snorkeling off several beaches very close. Restaurants! The aquarium was located there too, if you are into that. Mambo beach short walk. 😍😍😍😍I can’t really describe how much I loved staying here. Thank you again. Maisie French.

The villa was nice, well furnished and clean. It was close to beaches, shopping, and lots of restaurants nearby as well as having a private beach. The only knock was that it showed a gas grill in the listing but there was only an electric grill that had to be requested. That said, that wasn’t enough to not give it 5 stars. The staff were polite and accommodating. Overall I would highly recommend this place over nearby resorts and I hope to visit again!

I would definitely stay again at this property. There were five us (2 adults, 2 teens and a 1 1/2 year old) and there was a enough space for us. We did a slight issue with a smell in the small bedroom, but it was manageable. Our toddler was able to sleep in a pack in play in the closet in the main bedroom, giving her a little privacy. The pool was great, it has a kiddie pool portion, and the private beach was easy to get to, pretty, and nice to have. But we loved the balcony most - spending our mornings and evenings there, and the less than 5 minute talk to Mambo Beach and the Aqurium were perfect for our family. It was easy to get out, get food, rent beach chairs on the beach, etc. Also having our own parking spot was nice so we could easily park after exploring the island. The staff was wonderful - super responsive and helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed this place and would come back.

First time to Curacao and the trip was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better 50th birthday trip. The locals, history, food, and beaches all provided for a “MASHA DUSHI” trip. We will definitely run it back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented the Sunrise View apartment. The balcony overlooked the Dolphin Academy. The private beach was great as there were plenty of chairs and shade available. Mambo Beach is very close to walk to, which had plenty of shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Violet Blossom for 7 nights. Very good location near the pool, appartement had large terrace with everything needed. The furniture is a bit dated and I would rate the kitchen equipment as fair. The property is very nice, you can snorkel directly from the beach and see lots of under water wild life. Pool area is nice as well and very clean.

Great property!!! Well maintained, so clean and beautiful! Hosts are so kind and accommodating. I will go back in April. Excellent location, beautiful property walking distance to Seaquarium and Mambo beach, free shuttle to supermarket next door and absolutely great stay for family. Everything was Perfect. We loved our stay. Clean and quiet, walking distance to restaurants. Beach was gorgeous,althoughit was small, it was just breathtaking. . Spent hours snorkeling and most of the time we were the only people on the beach. Sarah was very helpful and welcoming. The penthouse was beautiful with big terrace with pool and ocean view. Highly recommend. We'll definitely stay there again.

Curaçao Holiday Vacation Rental: Violet Blossom Pro: The large outdoor patio living space was nice. Close parking to our unit. The grounds were lovely and the pool is nice. The beach is nice, but the lawn chair issue took away from the enjoyment of the beach and pool. (See cons)The grounds and the unit were clean. We enjoyed the view from our patio. It’s a very close walk to Mambo Beach BLVD where there are restaurants and beaches. If you leave the front door and back door open there is a lovely breeze that flows through the unit. The staff were lovely and were very available when we had questions or needed anything. We felt safe. It was a very quiet and relaxing place to spend our vacation. Cons: #1 Lawn Chairs by the pool and beach are torture. Hard plastic that hurt to sit on. I ended up going to Mambo Beach and paying additional money to rent a comfortable chair. #2 Our unit had a water leak in the hall bathroom that was coming from another unit. Water was pooling on the bathroom floor our entire stay. Staff came to look at it many times but it was never resolved. #3 The oven didn’t work. Someone came to show us “how to use it”, but it literally did not work. #4 The dryer is unvented and the water catcher barely had any water it in but instead it heated up the whole bathroom and everything in the bathroom got soaked. #5 The Wifi is only available in the unit and not at the pool or beach area.
