Located in Residence Piscadera a save and secured apartment resort, on the 3rd floor, with a pool amidst a beautifully landscaped tropical garden you find D.S.A.C. It is just within walking distance to the beaches of Parasasa and prestigious hotels like the Marriott Hotel, Hotel Dreams Spa and Casino, restaurants The Visserij, Tomato, Pirate Bay beach and Restaurant, Sambil Shoppingmall, Carrefour Supermarket and a short ride of 10 min to the city centre of Willemstad.
The spacious living/dining room has patio doors to the large sunny terrace with a panoramic view on the beautiful Caribbean sea. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and has a cozy bar.
The 2 bedrooms with a Kingsize Bed in the Masterbedroom, all have ensuite bathrooms. In addition there is a guest toilet and laundry space.
This resort has a large swimming pool in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden.
