This historic 1915 dwelling has been remodeled from top to bottom. All brand new everything and decorated with charm. You'll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen to make this your home away from home. Perfect for long or short stays. We provide everything you need. Just bring your vacation vibe!
Although we are close to the action, we are located in a quiet and safe courtyard. And, we have A/C!
This studio is perfect for a couple or family with kids. It has a queen size bed + queen size pull-out sofa bed. You'll have a large smart TV, lap blankets and everything you need to cuddle up and get cozy.
We are conveniently located near the GC railway, Bearizona, Elephant Golf Course and an easy 1 hour (or less) drive to the South rim of the Grand Canyon and the historic El Tovar.
The best part is.. you are steps away from restaurants, bars and unique shops and walking distance to the train depot. The grocery store is 2 blocks away. You won't find a better location!
If you need additional space, we have a 2 bed, 2 bath right next door to the studio. That property is Literally on Historic RTE 66 - walk to the action! Property # is 353985.
