"Very friendly staff excellent dining very good breakfast bathrooms very clean beds were comfortable"

"The hotel was nice. The bathroom was on the small side. The breakfast was good. On our last night it snowed and when we were getting ready to leave the next morning the ramp to the hotel was very slippery to go down with our luggage. It would have been nice if someone had shoveled the snow. We were thankful for the scrapers to remove the snow from our car and windows that were available at the front desk."

"Wasn't told you needed to tell them you wanted housekeeping at Bell Rock in Sedona . Therefore rooms were not cleaned nor towels changed. "

"My trip was pleasant and the stuff was very kind. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. However in the middle of the night I smelled pee on the covers so that through me off with sleep. Other than that everything was nice"
