Perfect stay

This was a great rental, perfect for families with multiple age ranges. If I'm ever back in the area, I would stay here. Location was ideal, hosts friendly and great communication. Lovely home.

Grand Canyon

We had a lot packed into our Grand Canyon trip and it was centrally located. The place was clean and accommodated all our family. The kitchen was well laid out but does need a bigger frying pan for bacon and eggs for the eight of us!

Excellent property with all the amenities. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive both before and throughout our stay. Highly recommended staying here if you’re planning to visit the Grand Canyon.

Fantastic property!

This was such a cool house! It was so nicely decorated and comfortable! The kids loved the hot tub. They enjoyed lassoing outside and playing pool! I would definitely stay again - in fact I hope we will be in that area again so we can!

Great place in Williams, AZ

We visited Williams to go to Bearizona and Grand Canyon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Great location close to town. Home located on the corner of a quiet residential neighborhood. Listing was as described. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place in Williams, AZ.

Grandpa's birthday celebration

Our entire family stayed here as our base to visit the town of Williams and the Grand Canyon. Our 1-year-old grandson, thre adult children and two spouses. It was perfect for us all. A lot of entertainment available too. Great hosts!! We are descendants of Old Bill Williams, "The Mountain Man "

Grand Canyon Train

Beautiful property with many amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Only thing we would change are the chairs for the dining table. Three different people stubbed their toes, the rear legs stick out beyond the backrests. Beds were comfortable and electronics plentiful.

Fun and comfortble!

Williams has a lot to do, good places to eat and a lot to see. Animal parks, fishing lakes, golf, and the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, plus Sadona are close enough for day trips. If you want a central located place to stay, The Grand Basecamp is the place. Very clean, confortable, plenty of space and beds for family and friends. Pool table, Bocce ball court, plenty of games, and Xbox to keep every one entertained. Even a Jaccuzi tub to enjoy under the stars to unwind in at the end of your day. It has everything you need for your stay and plenty of dishes and cutlery pots and pans, if you want to cook or BBQ. A wonderful fun place to stay.

This propert’s interior is so well done! Everything is cohesive without being matchy- matchy. The dishware and other amenities are high-end. The sheets are super comfortable in the house. Does a great job of allowing everyone to visit in one space.I didn’t fully appreciate that the twin bed sleeping arrangements were out separate from the main house in the Casita. I could’ve missed that in reviewing the listing. It made us shift around our sleeping arrangements a little bit, but it worked out and we would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great home with everything we needed to have a wonderful relaxing stay while enjoying a girls trip to the Grand Canyon on the Railway train. Great Grand Canyon Home

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed Williams & a trip to the Grand Canyon, south rim. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Loved the Sonos speaker. Great place!

Great place for the 4th celebration! We enjoyed the open space! The pool table and jacuzzi! Very clean property and good communication with property ownerBring your own games (if you are a family who plays games) many of the games on sight are only partial complete.
