Great stay

The resort was beautiful. Great grounds and pool. Loved that the arcade was included! The communication with owner was quick and easy.

Overall a good stay

Pro: clean property, comfortable bedding. Resort staff were super friendly, and the number of on-site activities was excellent. Con: Although we ignored it, we felt somewhat pressured at check-in to attend their timeshare presentation - no thanks. The kitchenette is exactly that - a very tiny barely functional space. Except for breakfast, we opted to either go out or grab takeout for the rest of our meals.

Disappointing stay

We came with 6 families for a large family reunion. Upon checking in we learned that one of the families was relocated to another property without notice and without any willingness to make accommodations. We intentionally booked at the same resort to be together as a large group and this made it very frustrating and not what we had expected. Additionally the activities desk was extremely rude to several of our family members when we played pickle ball. The staff member working the check-in desk mentioned that she had been watching us on the cameras and at one point no one was playing on the reserved court. Yes, during the hour we took a water break- however, the staff member was incredibly rude to us. Also, to note we were the only families that had reserved the court and no other patrons were waiting.
