One suite. Two patios. One peaceful escape. Tucked along the wooded edge of East Grand Traverse Bay, this updated ground-floor condo at The Shores is part of Grand Traverse Resort, with peek-a-boo lake views and direct beach access just steps away.

The king bedroom is en-suite with its own private patio, and the living room adds a queen sleeper sofa with its own patio access โ€” 2 full bathrooms in total. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with indoor dining for 4 plus patio dining space.

Please note before booking: due to a recent Grand Traverse Resort policy change, pool and hot tub access is not included with this suite. Guests can arrange same-day access by booking a paid spa treatment at the resort's wellness center.

600 feet of shared private beach sits just outside, with seasonal kayak, SUP, and boat rentals on site, plus public beach access and BBQ grills nearby.

Grand Traverse Resort is just minutes away, with downtown Traverse City about 15 minutes further and Sleeping Bear Dunes under an hour away.

With an en-suite bedroom, wooded water views, and two private patios to unwind on, this suite is a peaceful base for your next Traverse City escape. We'd love to have you stay with us.

Perfect little condo

We were in town for a conference at Grand Traverse Resort. The property is a very close commute to the venue and provided me and my co-worker with our own space and the comforts of home. We would definitely book again.

Golf Trip

We love visiting and golfing in northern Michigan. With so many courses to choose from and the ease of getting around, we choose to visit here nine times! We are from SD. We love the friendly people also. This condo was very easy to locate and was close to the many courses.

Traverse City Condo

Condo was a little dated but was well located to get at most of the area attractions. We were a little disappointed about the overall quality of the condo and condo complex for the price paid for this rental.

Nice location, less than average accommodations.

This unit was quite disappointing. It merits a 2 star rating. Unit was not clean, flatware drawers were dirty with food drippings on the silverware. Kitchen was poorly supplied. Linens on the beds are wore out. Pillows on the beds were stained and had no liners on them. Bathrooms had hair deposits on the counter tops, sinks and tubs. Pillows on the sofa are soiled. Clearly low standards and not sanitized.

Great location. Unfortunately the room was much older than appears in photos. In addition, the second bedroom (queen bed) was horrific to sleep onโ€ฆzero support and sunken in center. The property also lists two en-suite roomsโ€ฆthis to me means two rooms each with a bathroomโ€ฆthus, en-suite; but no. It is a small bathroom in kitchen area and a small bathroom between the two bedrooms. The second bedroomโ€™s tv was in a cupboard above the dresser drawers that doesnโ€™t even face the bed:(The tiny dishwasher had a wide open space at top under the kitchen counterโ€ฆseems like that could be a very easy, fast fix and offer a much nicer appearance. The management was extremely communicative and easy to work with regarding check in and check out. Also appreciated the variety of discounts to local amenities they offered. We were just very underwhelmed with the room.
