This is a vacationer's dream. UPDATED IN 2025: NEW KITCHEN & PATH TO THE WATER. Watch and listen to the waves lap on the sandy Lake Michigan shoreline from nearly the entire home. Located between Traverse City and Elk Rapids on East Bay, in the gated LochenHeath Golf Club. This 6,000 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths equipped with a home gym, tanning bed, game room (pool, darts and foosball) and a private office. There is a walking or golf cart driving path to the water as of 2025.

This home is perfect for an extended vacation or for unwinding after the Flintfields horse show. There is a lakeside patio with a propane grill for outdoor cooking or just plain relaxing.
