The front staff have been amazing and professional.... the property is clean ..well maintained..and sanitary.....the housekeeping has been phenomenal... everyday each floor in this hotel is cleaned thoroughly....fresh everything towels toiletries linens...all done by a very hardworking staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable. They could do better with the breakfast, maybe add some bagels and cream cheese. Just a little skimpy on the breakfast choices. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

The first room we got had a bad smell! The desk clerk offered us a different room and it was much better. Even though we were on the 4th floor - the only Ice machine was on the 1st floor - so I had to take our Ice Bucket down and back up to 4th floor. The free breakfast is a JOKE. Supermarket Muffins , some juice and a few Apples! No seating. We skipped it every day. Hotel needs some upgrades- sink had a crack in the porcelain bowl and did not drain right. cracked tub surround. Good location.

My stay here was fantastic! The room had a little musty smell at first, but the air conditioning took that away very quickly. The room was immaculate, and the staff were very polite and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel! My room had a hot tub, and the price was excellent!

Coffee pot was unusable. Lobby coffee was from 70’s looking machine that dispensed poorly mixed instant coffee. A/C was locked and temperature NOT adjustable. Had to leave room door open all hours because halls were cooler than room. Towels were a special request at front desk because only 2 towels per room were allowed even with 3 registered adults in room. Houston and Mike were helpful at front desk…others were much less interested. The continental breakfast had rock hard mini muffins, thick nearly brown OJ, bruised apples, and an assortment of super sweet pre-wrapped snack bars…worst I have had in 50 years of travel. Honestly… having NOTHING would have been a better advertisement. On property restaurant was no longer a thing and pool water wasn’t clear and unheated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast to go could have been better, it was muffin and apple, goldfish crackers, granola bar, orange juic, apple juice and coffee. Has a nice pool and good ac in the room. The water in the shower got way to hot on cold so I did get a little burned. Overall it was a very good stay.

Though we had some problems with our room ( the television nor phone worked). The staff was very helpful and prompt to get the television to work. I loved the hot tub in the room. Even with the minor inconvenience I truly enjoyed my stay there.

I had a nice stay. It was quiet and very clean. My only issue was the ac unit in my room. When you turned the air on high it made this loud knocking sound. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
