Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast to go could have been better, it was muffin and apple, goldfish crackers, granola bar, orange juic, apple juice and coffee. Has a nice pool and good ac in the room. The water in the shower got way to hot on cold so I did get a little burned. Overall it was a very good stay.

Though we had some problems with our room ( the television nor phone worked). The staff was very helpful and prompt to get the television to work. I loved the hot tub in the room. Even with the minor inconvenience I truly enjoyed my stay there.

The staff was okay, I don't think they understood English much but its okay wasn't a problem. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't available like it said it would be for both mornings of our stay. Pool was okay we didnt get in it smelled alot like chlorine but had stuff on top of the pool. Hallways had an odd smell but it comes and goes not surprised due to people smoking outside and leaving the door open. It was our first time staying here. We wouldn't stay again. Theirs just a few things that need improvement and it would be a great stay. Their gym area needs an extreme improvement, machines were broken so I couldn't use the gym.

The rooms were very nice for the price and clean. The shower and tub were a nice comfortable size, bigger than most other hotels we've stayed at with good pressure and temperature. The font desk workers were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was just grab and go muffins and granola bars but they were pretty decent. My only real complaint was a SAFETY issue. The indoor pool room had a door that led directly outside to the parking lot and does not lock or even close fully! This door can easily access the interior of the hotel as the door into the lobby from the pool is also not locked! I did mention this to one employee and he did not seem concerned. I did not get a chance to mention it to the manager who I think would've been more receptive. This should be of concern to both guests and corporate.
