Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 8! Brand New Full Size Washer and Dryer..!!

Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room. and announcing our BRAND NEW FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER. We believe these are the only full size laundry units in all of the Kingsmill Resort condominiums... Our guests are loving these!!! Our condo is a very comfortable unit on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our condo is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. Please check our reviews to get an idea of where you will be staying should you choose our property!
Our kitchen is very well outfitted, so if you have a large group you can plan on cooking in a few nights and saving some money on food... and if there's something you need that we've not provided, give us a call and we'll do our best to bring it to you, fair enough?.... thank you so much for your interest, we do hope to hear from you!

PLEASE READ!!!

Everything at Kingsmill Resort is owned by the Resort, except for the condominiums. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.

But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot! Please check our reviews! We thank you for your consideration... We do hope to see you soon!!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We had three generations meeting in Williamsburg for an early Christmas celebration. Private bathrooms for each bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, TVs in each room, outdoor space, and a large dining room table helped to create a relaxing getaway for our family.

After the holidays get away

Wonderful get away with our 2 kids and their partners. It was perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy the magic of Williamsburg! Cozy and comfortable winter getaway near Colonial Williamsburg

Two friends and I spent two nights in Williamsburg to shop for the holidays and attend the grand illumination in Colonial Williamsburg, including the fireworks after sunset. Kingsmill is just a short drive from the Market Square where we shopped and ate dinner, and we enjoyed two nights at the condominium with fires in the fireplace, breakfasts cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, games at night, and brisk walks to the marina as the sun rose. And we slept so soundly there! The beds and bedding were super comfy and the entire place is immaculate. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. This place is a gem.

Our Memorial Day Weekend getaway with family and close friends was a delightful experience, highlighted by the exceptional quality of the property we reserved through Vrbo. Nice location in Kingsmill

This is a condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so all adults had their own space and in a great location. We were able to walk to the coffee shop on the street behind us. We were challenged getting into the unit as the access code didn't work and had to call multiple times to get someone to help us. It was resolved and we were able to gain access. The Keurig machine is not working. There were some small sugar ants in one of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for us all to socialize and have dinner.
