The management is clearly spending money to try and update this facility. The location is great for historical sites and the parks. I look forward to coming back in the future to see the improvements, but for this summer, you have to tamper your expectations.

Great staff, convenient, clean, affordable!

The family that owns/manages this hotel are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! The suite we rented was super clean. Conveniently located, simple, and affordable! Had a nice outdoor pool, but my daughter was too tired to swim after a day at Busch Gardens.

Loved it & will stay again

My kids & I stayed 4 different places within one week, & this one was by far our favorite. Staff was friendly & helpful, pool was clean, & room was amazing & spacious although dated. You could tell the property is well taken care of just by looking. 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens & 7-11 2 blocks away

Nice for a budget get away.

Couples get away. No frills motel but a good place to stay on a budget. Our go to place because it is clean, spacious, staff is very friendly and the pool is nice. Benches in front of your room if you want to sit outside and it is convenient and quiet. Park outside your room and walk right in.

Cute hotel

We had a nice stay in a little 2 bedroom apt. Had upstairs with sitting room, dinning table, full size fridge and microwave. Only complaints were not enough trash cans and no towels or soap in kitchen. Clean place to stay. Close to Bush Gardens and food.

Great Time

Our family of 3 stayed for 2 nights. Staff and owners were friendly and everything was very clean and well stocked. We made the most of the pool and enjoyed two nights of swimming. Pool was well maintained and lights worked for night swimming. AC was fantastic, tv worked great, and mini fridge was clean and worked well. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back ourselves.

The parking is a little tricky. You park in front of your room if a spot is available. Ice machine was down during one of our visits. Room is large but very dated. Beds are hard. Room was clean.
