Bring the whole family to this Luxurious Mansion, with lots of room for fun. You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

Please Respect Our Home

We love you and we love your children.
…and we want to love you all when you leave.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

Awesome place for retreat

22 of us and the place was more than big enough for all of us and a ton of fun! The place was immaculate and very usable. Also, the blue heron are a great treat to get to see!

Family reunion

We held our family reunion of 22 people at this location and it was a perfect spot. Plenty of space, lots of bed, fully stocked kitchen and close to many activities to do.

Sorority Retreat

We had a great time and had plenty of space! We are a large group and we all slept comfortably. The location was great for exploring Cincinnati. It was also very easy to gather for group activities and meals!

Beautiful fall setting

Eight adults and 8 children comfortably stayed in the Blue Heron Holler. The rooms were spacious and the layout allowed for cooking and eating together. The trails and playground were a nice bonus to get outside.

Beautiful and plenty of room

We had a large family reunion and we were all very comfortable from little kids to adults. Everything we could’ve possibly wanted …it was there. We had a very minor situation and it was corrected within 20 minutes. We would definitely return. Wonderful memories were made! Thank you for being a part of that!

Comfortable and spacious

We enjoyed this place as a Christmas Family weekend. It’s clean and lots of room. Some maintenance upkeep needs to be done but other than that- was enjoyable. Hosts communicate quickly and were attentive to our needs!

Fun for families!

Great for our three generations to enjoy one another both inside and outside. We would have loved a larger table for more of us to eat together. Sleeping arrangements are good and the pool table and ping pong table provided lots of fun! Our family would definitely stay again!

Early Family Thanksgiving

This house is a really big and beautiful home.My family and I had such a good time they suggested coming back this summer to also enjoy the outside. I did not have to wait a long time for the host to get back to me and the host Pamela was very accommodating so overall my family and I will be back this summer .

Great for large group

We really enjoyed all of the room we had in this beautiful house to have our family Christmas. Beds were comfortable, well stocked and roomy kitchen for cooking, big TVs great for groups to watch movies. Good spot behind the house to take walks. Pamela was an excellent host - lots of communication before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Family gathering place for area wedding.

This house worked great for our family to stay in while in town for our son’s wedding. We had plenty of room to spread out in and enjoyed the trails and swing set outside and the ping pong table and pool table inside. The kitchen is very well outfitted for preparing meals for a large group. We hosted the rehearsal dinner on the back patio and it worked great for a summer event. The host was very helpful with all the details surrounding that.

Fantastic place for a large group

For the last four years, we have a family weekend with 14-18 people. We've rented a different place every year. This has been by far the best place for our group. The place really is massive. We could have comfortably fit another 4-6 people. Instead of people sleeping 4 in a room, each group had their own space. The common areas are large, and there's a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. If you have a large group, it doesn't get much better than this. The only con is really that it's close to the highway, so you can always hear the traffic going by when you're outside. We had a fantastic experience, and highly recommend the mansion for large groups.

Wedding 3 Day Weekend

The house was perfect for our needs. Immediate family and a few extended family members stayed for our daughter's wedding which took place only 15 minutes from the house. The location was ideal. The large kitchen made it great for family breakfast and lunch on the go. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I will say I have stayed at a lot of places and these beds were very comfortable. The host took care of a couple of issues very quickly. The lock box was easy for the elderly family members to figure out. The large screen tv and recliner was a big win for my elderly dad who stayed at the house most of the time. I would recommend this stay for a large group looking to be able to have down time in between all the wedding activities. We made flowers in Newtown, wedding was at Hope's Way, welcome party at Fifty West -all easy commutes.

Nice big house, perfect for retreat

This is a big, beautiful house, with huge living rooms to gather together and hang around. There's enough sleeping arrangements for 30 people. Pool, ping pong tables and a gym was enjoyed by many of us. Well equipped with towels, and kitchen utensils. A short walk takes you to the river, where there are many blue heron nests. In early July, we saw few blue herons. Most have flown the nest by then. Pamela is prompt in her replies, and is flexible to adapt to our needs. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a large get-together. There's a smaller house next to the Mansion. Even though the houses are next to each other, there's enough space to keep one's privacy, as well as not far enough, should the same group want to rent both units together.

This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond.
