The workout room was extremely small. It only had a exercise bike, treadmill, and one small rack of free weights. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly at the front desk. The deli has pretty good prices for being at a casino. Overall great experience.

The accessible room with roll in shower was perfect. The room was large and clean. It accommodated a wheelchair very well well. The only problem was insufficient parking for hotel guests necessitating parking in the casino lot which was too far away. I suspect casino guests used the hotel lot. This could be solved by having a gated lot for hotel guests only. Also a better breakfast restaurant is needed.

This was our first time going to Turtle Creek. Property outside was clean. Inside very pretty and one of a kind. Staff were wonderful, helpful, and engaging. Which I found great they all seemed happy. The room was nice and clean. We will definitely be going back. It was a spur of the moment stay we booked our room after 7 PM arrival around 9 pm. Mary was kind and welcoming. The ladies at the desk to get our players card were nice and energetic along with the ladies at the deli. We did indeed win, which is also great. Good Times!!!

The exterior of the building is well maintained, check in was easy. The rooms were in excellent condition meaning not showing wear and tear. Really comfortable mattress almost felt new ... I'm picky on pillows not the greatest but that's me. Overall a very nice overnight for us.
