So everything exceeded our expectations. Fresh Newly renovated rooms were Top tier for the 3 day price. However it was a weekday get away. Very quiet, peaceful environment.

We had a large room away from the main building. The space was great and the activities (fire pit, mini-golf) were excellent, but these rooms could do with an update. The heater was really noisy.

First, I arrived to a surprise resort fee that was not easily disclosed on Expedia. This is not a resort, but a motel. The door has no weather sealing and cold air rushed in. Stains on curtains, wall, and carpet. Super thin walls, could hear the entire conversations of others at midnight. The one good thing is location- many restaurants in walking distance and an easy drive to Colonial center of town.

Loved our stay here, will definitely stay again. Friendly staff, clean room and pool area, nice amenities, and close to everything! Beds were comfortable and our room was bigger than a standard hotel room.

Room was very clean and neat. It was quaint. The TV stopped working and the shower temperature varied wildly while showering, but I think that had to do with how old the place was. Staff was super nice and the grounds looked really nice. If I still had young kids, would definitely stay here; lots to do.
