We stayed here for almost a week! More than enough room for two normal size families! The kitchen is well equip! The beds were amazingly comfortable!! 100% would recommend!

Beautiful and spacious

We had a great stay! It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for my family of 8. When we needed extra towels and batteries for the remotes in the house they had them to us within an hour. Would highly recommend this property!

Great property close to Ark Encounter

As a grandparent traveling with my son and his wife and 5 sons this house was amazing . We had room to spread out, eat together and relax. The place was clean and had plenty of thoughtful books and toys to make our stay welcoming. It was within walking distance of OPAS pizza which kept the kids happy the manager was helpful in solving our difficulty with locking the door in a very timely way with great courtesy. We would certainly recommend this location for families traveling in this area. (45 minutes from Creation Museum and 15 minutes from Ark Encounter)

Awesome facilities!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail that the hosts put into this house. The grandchildren loved all the toys and we loved all the extras in the house.

Great location

Great location for visiting the ark, and easy home to share between two families. Clearly a newer reno at the time of our stay, and everything was in great shape. Check-in had a slight hiccup (code wouldn't work), but a phone call resolved the issue fairly quickly.

Great place

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Quickly replied back to any message I sent and the home was very clean. I really liked the fact they had things for young children to participate with. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a place to stay near Noah’s Ark.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean decorated really cute...very spacious. It would have been nice to have a little more adult seating in the living area. If you have children plenty of things for them. Excellent!

Our stay was fantastic! The home was comfortable. The outdoor seating area was great. Our little ones enjoyed room for their bikes and basketball. The owners were especially responsive to a couple of concerns that cropped up, out of their control. Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay!

Can’t say enough about this property! So clean! So comfortable! Everything a group needs to have a comfortable stay, even had travel brochures. Couldn’t get the coffee pod part of the coffee machine to work correctly and the coffee side was quite slow, but that is nothing compared to the convenience of parking right next to the entrance door, having an outside sitting area, tvs throughout the condo. 4 bedroom s, 2 baths…. Just an exceptional property that is very well maintained. Thanks for a great time!

Bible Study Group Ark Meet-up

This was a cute, roomy apartment perfect for our group of 8 women who have been meeting in an online Bible Study Group for 6 years and decided to come together to meet in person. Each person had a clean comfortable bed, and the 2 bathrooms were more than sufficient to meet our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay - we didn't cook, but coffeemakers and microwave worked for us! The large kitchen table was great for game time and conversations. The location was convenient to the Ark Encounter and to local restaurants where we enjoyed friendly service and good food! Thanks for a great place for our meet-up Ark adventure!

Choose this home to stay in!

We can’t say enough good things about the hosts and the home! The hosts were quick to respond to questions and kind. Just a pleasure to work with. The attention to detail and care they have put into their home is above and beyond. Our kids loved their room and the toys and we all enjoyed the family space. It is a great home to accommodate lots of people and more than fulfilled our needs for a family of eight. When we come back in the future or if someone needs a recommendation for a VRBO this home will be the one we will seek first.

great launch spot for our trip to the Ark

This home is well suited for small children. Inside of home is nicely thought out. It was just a minute down the road to a wonderful Calvary Chapel church we visited. Very close to Ark Encounter and under an hour to the creation museum. The finishing touches and kitchen utensils and pans were pretty cheap and likely won't last long and the air to the bunk rooms needed better flow. Ceiling fans in each room did help. The house was very pretty inside. Nice appliances. Enjoyed cornhole outside. We'd stay again. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Best place to stay!

My husband and I along with our 3 kids and my in-laws stayed here while on a trip to visit the Ark Encounter and to attend a conference at the Ark. This home was organized, very clean, spacious, and filled with everything you need and more. Susan and Steve were excellent hosts. Wonderful communication and made sure to check in to see if we had everything we needed. Susan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The home was stocked with snacks, a coffee bar, games, magazines, and toys for the kids. The foosball table was a bit hit and kept our kids busy for hours. The home is very close to the Ark which was perfect for us as we were going back and forth to the conference. If we make it back out to this area, we would not stay anywhere else!

Was so great for all of us

This is an excellent place to stay. We had two families-one couple with an 11yr old son and my husband and I who have a 17, 15, and 13 year old daughters. We also had my oldest daughter’s boyfriend. It was perfect that both couples had their own space. The girls had a room with bunk beds and the boys had a room with bunks too. There was an amazing coffee/tea nook and the kitchen was completely stocked. My only issue was with responding to the host. I received messages but couldn’t figure out how to respond back. So I didn’t know what exactly was expected before we left. We had a wonderful time fixing meals and were all able to sit down and eat together. Lots of games, cards and to toys to keep the kids entertained. Would highly recommend this place.

This was reasonably priced for a four bedroom, two bathroom VRBO. There were a few issues. We couldn't get the TV to connect to internet but the contact person was there within 20 minutes and got it set up. The place was listed as smoke free but reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived. A couple of the family members have asthma and reacted a little to the smoke. I'm a nurse and know secondhand smoke can linger in a building for up to 3 months so opening the windows helped a little but then we had flies because there are no screens on the windows. There was a cigarette butt right outside the door. It was a short stay and a bit of a whirlwind of a vacations so we didn't text management until we settled in the place the night before we left. They were very polite and said they would have sent someone to clean and spray had we called on the first night. While that might have helped the smell, it would do little to exhaust the smoke. We stripped our beds before we left and there was a blood stain on the mattress my sister had been sleeping on...gross! It's unfortunate because otherwise it was clean and perfect for a larger group. Management assured me they would address these issues however.

Open floor plan for relaxing. Went with my older brothers and sister inlaw (all senior adults) they were very comfortable. Easy entrance and close parking. Clean and well equipped for cooking. Very convenient for visiting the Ark. Had a great time would use again if in the area. Highly recommend.
